Carole is the “Miss Fix It” of the keto diet coaching world. Your keto isn’t working? She’s got you covered! She’s the creator of the Fast-Track to Keto Success Program and has had tremendous success teaching women around the world, that have dieted their whole lives, implement a keto diet as a long-term healthy lifestyle, so that they can finally feel happy with food and their bodies.

Carole is a graduate of Bastyr University in Kenmore, WA with both a Masters of Science in Nutrition and Clinical Health Psychology, and a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition. She has completed 30 additional hours of training in Foundations of Functional Nutrition through the Nutrition Therapy Association, plus an internship at an integrated health clinic in Redmond, WA. Additionally, she has completed classes at Bastyr University in herbal medicine, therapeutic and whole foods cooking, and children’s nutrition and mental health, as well as NeuroNutrient Therapy training from The NeuroNutrient Therapy Institute in Mill Valley, CA.

A Certified Nutritionist and Registered Hypnotherapist in Washington state, she holds a Certificate in Clinical Hypnotherapy from The Wellness Institute in Issaquah, WA and is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist through the National Guild of Hypnotists. Further, she is an instructor at The Wellspring School for Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon, for the Certificate in Holistic Nutrition program and teaches cooking classes for Cancer Lifeline in Seattle.

Carole discovered a ketogenic diet when searching for a way to heal her brain and chronic pain after a car accident, and along the way, she completely transforming her body from the inside out (losing nearly 60 pounds long the way!).

“My journey with obesity began when I was 19 years old. Between the ages of 19-50, I gained over 350 pounds. During those 20+ years I tried every diet plan out there, short of invasive stomach bypass. For the most part, all the diets I tried worked–but only for a period of time. I even lost over 120 pounds doing the Optifast liquid diet plan. But as with all the other plans, I was unable to sustain the diet and once I went off plan I would gain all the weight back AND THEN SOME! At 500 pounds and as I approached my 50th birthday, I knew I had to make one last attempt so I tried a low carb diet called South Beach. It worked very well and over the next 8 years I lost over 200 pounds, I stalled for over a year and my doctor suggested I have a lap band procedure which helped me to loose an additional 100 pounds, totaling a loss of over 300 pounds. However, when the lap-band began to fail, I disabled it and immediately began to gain weight.

After gaining 40 pounds and fearful of gaining all the weight back, I did some research and found out about keto. I knew I could be successful on a low carb diet so I decided to give it a try. After a few weeks of struggling and getting misinformation, I heard about Carole, decided to work with her and have learned to love living a keto lifestyle.”

Cindy Ryan

Dr. Cindy Ryan is a wife, mother of three, Mimosa (her grandma name) to two sweet boys. I am a breast cancer survivor. I learned of the Keto diet from my son, a high school football coach. He recommended it because of Keto’s long term health benefits, especially related to cancer and Alzheimer’s disease (my mother has been recently diagnosed.)

On my own, I gleaned information from the internet and did what I now know was lazy Keto, just less carbs, some fat and not enough protein. I lost weight briefly and then regained it plus some. I could not figure out what I was doing wrong. It all was made worse by the cancer fighting drug I was on that blocked hormone production.

In March of 2017, I decided I need a coach and found Carole Freeman (Keto Carole). Her program was easy to follow and she provided the emotional support I needed. I learned the science behind Keto and why a cheat wasn’t just a cheat, it was throwing off my whole metabolism.

I began to experience the wonder of Keto eating from a lack of hunger, increased energy and weight loss. Along the way, my blood pressure went down and my doctor discontinued my daily blood pressure medication. I’m also no longer taking medication for heartburn. I’m still on the journey but I feel wonderful.

Professionally, I am a Christian pastor, writer and speaker. I have a doctorate degree from Texas Christian University in Pastoral Counseling. Because Ketogenic eating has been so transformational for me, I am excited about supporting others in this amazing journey.

“I’m in my early 60’s. I have been married for over 40 years and have 3 grown boys, 3 amazing daughter-in-laws, and 6 grandchildren. I found Carole in mid-May 2018 and haven’t looked back since!

I’ve lost 41 pounds in 4 months, lost 3 shirt sizes and 2 pant sizes. I am now off of all my diabetic and blood pressure medications. I’ve cut my sleeping pills by ⅔, my joints don’t hurt, I’m not stiff in the morning, I can tolerate the heat more and I can keep up with my grandchildren. I live in Corcoran, MN (a northwest suburb in Minneapolis) with my husband Leo, and chocolate lab Molly where I work for General Mills.

As much as I hate to admit it, struggling with weight has been part of my life since high school. Over the years I have tried many different types of diets. Some were successful, but the positive results were always short term.

When I moved to Minnesota in 2006, I was finally able to figure out how to make fitness a regular part of my life. For the last 3 years, I have been attending a CrossFit gym and absolutely love it! But even after many years of regular exercise, I still couldn’t resolve all of my issues with weight.

At the start of 2020, I decided I finally wanted to figure out the weight issue. I was turning 50 in December and wanted to finally solve this by then. I tried Keto on my own and quickly lost about 15 pounds. But then I hit a wall and it seemed like nothing I tried work. I was 2 months away from my birthday and nowhere near my goal. I started looking for a coach and found Keto Carole. Her program was easy to follow and filled in all the gaps I was missing. So far, I have lost 32 pounds and over 35 inches. I am also sleeping better and no longer wake up every night with leg cramps. All this time I thought they were a result of my CrossFit classes! I still have a long way to go, but know I am well on my way to reaching my ultimate goal of mental freedom from worrying about my weight.
