Suzie is a 66 years old wife, works a high-stress job, 5′ 4″ tall, and weighed almost 200 lbs. Like most women her age, Suzie tried many diet plans and weight loss programs to lose weight. She even hired a personal trainer and worked out five days a week. While she found a bit of success with some of those programs and her workout routine, she faced one problem. She always gained back more weight after losing some. One step forward; two steps back kind of “progress”.
